Shipping policy

All of our products are digital. We do not ship packages, and there are no shipping costs, customs procedures or transport times: your study arrives in your email.

What you receive

A personal study in PDF format, prepared specifically with the information you provided, together with a permanent access link so you can consult or download it whenever you want.

When you receive it

The usual delivery time is up to 72 hours from payment confirmation. Each study is prepared individually; it is not a template that is generated instantly.

If your order is going to take longer than expected, we will notify you by email before the deadline expires.

Where to look for it if it does not appear

Check your promotions folder and your spam folder. This is by far the most frequent reason.
Search by the sender or by the name the study was prepared with.
Check that the email address you entered on the order is correct.

If after this you still cannot find it, write to us at contacto@quintoxendero.com and we will resend it to you.

The link does not expire

The access link is permanent and regenerates automatically. Even if months have passed since your purchase, it will keep working. You do not need to keep the original email, although we recommend downloading the file for convenience.

Incorrect information

The study is prepared exactly with the name and the date you indicated to us. If you detect a spelling error, write to us: we re-issue it at no cost with the correct information.
