About the study

What exactly do I receive?
A personal study in PDF format, prepared with your name, which arrives in your email with a permanent access link. It is not a template: each study is built on a case-by-case basis.

Is this astrology or horoscopes?
No. It is the Astro-numerological Method of researcher Arturo Espinosa: a unique system of 90 vibrations based on your name. It does not make predictions — it describes patterns for you to decide.

Will it tell me what will happen in my life?
No, and we don't want you to expect that. The study does not predict the future or replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It describes patterns; the decisions are yours.

What information do you need from me?
Your full name as it appears on your birth certificate and, depending on the product, your date of birth. This is the raw material for the study.

Can I order it for someone else?
Yes, provided you have their authorization. Studies for babies can only be purchased by their mother, father, or legal guardian.

Delivery

How long does it take to arrive?
You normally receive it in your email within the next 72 hours. Each study is prepared individually.

It didn't arrive. What should I do?
First, check your promotions and spam folders: this is by far the most frequent reason. If it still doesn't appear, write to us at contacto@quintoxendero.com and we will resend it to you.

Does the link expire?
No. It is permanent and regenerates automatically, so it keeps working even after months have passed.

I misspelled my name. Do I lose the study?
No. Write to us and we will redo it at no cost with the correct information.

Payment and refunds

What if I don't identify with the result?
You have a satisfaction guarantee: within 3 calendar days of receiving your study, write to us and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to justify your decision or return the file. The period is counted from when you receive it, not from when you pay. See the Refund Policy.

In what currency do I pay?
In the currency of the market from which you purchase. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is processed by Shopify and its providers; we never see or store your card details. See the Privacy Policy.

Use of the study

Can I share or print it?
Yes, for private use: keep it, print it, and share it with whomever you want. What you cannot do is resell it, redistribute it commercially, or publish it in its entirety.
